Hello and Happy Friday. I can't believe it has been almost two weeks since I posted anything/ I had a post last Friday and it didn't post for some unknown reason. Strange.
I spent most of last week finishing up work for the school year. We are off for the summer. Hip Hip Horray. I am so looking forward to get a few things done, but it will have to wait until the end of next week because I am on vacation now.
Which is why this post is a little early. I am writing it from a hotel and I won't have internet during the night to post if for me in the early morning hours. Sorry Evelyn. I bought a few craft things with me so during the evenings if I want to make something I can. Mostly I will probably be coloring since I didn't bring a lot of paper choices.
Now to the Cut It Up Challenge. I just love the challenges because it is always fun to see what every one makes. This challenge is a 3D project. And is sponsored by Bugaboo.
I made this little box for Father's Day and stuffed it with candy. The candy just didn't last long enough for me to get a picture of it. It is hard to tell but I cut out an extra image and put foam tape behind it to add a layer to it.
Make sure you go over to Cut It Up and enter the challenge. You have until July 5th to enter. Have a great weekend.

Another Sketch
Hello. Just another quick sketch. This one is from Die Cuttin' Divas. I just love sketches. There is just so much you can do with them. I really need to get my Dad's Father's Day card in the mail tomorrow, so I used this sketch.
The pocket and tools are from Silhouette Online and I just love it. The perforated lines look just like stitches on this dark blue background paper. I decided to use white for the strip and just use a texture folder.
I am using it for the following challenges:
ABC Challenge - I is for Important (Father's Day)
Die Cuttin Divas - Sketch
Through The Purple Haze - Die Cuts
Simon Says Wednesday - Father's Day
Craftin' Desert Divas - Masculine
Well, that is it for tonight. Chat with you tomorrow.

From The Heart
Hello. I hope every one has had a great weekend. I was off yesterday. I started cutting a patriotic card but I never finished it. Hopefully tomorrow, I will get the last of the pieces cut. In the meantime, I wanted to work on a couple of challenges.
I still have a ton of printed digis so I am trying to color some of them and then use them. The only problem is that it is hard to plan ahead and so I don't have any circles. So for the challenge at From The Heart, I rounded off the corners. I think it came pretty good. The pink makes it more springy than summery but I still like the color combo.
I am using it for the following challenges:
From The Heart - Sketch #155
Crafty Sentiments - Anything Goes
Simon Says Monday - Summer Garden
Through The Craft Room Door - Anything Goes
Inspiration Destination - Anything Goes
I should be back in a little while but who knows.

Cut It Up
Hello. It is time for another Cut It Up Challenge. The theme this time is Sun and Surf. We are being sponsored by Bugaboo.
I just love this little boy in the sand pail. Just too cute. I kept the card simple. Just adding a couple of layers. The main background paper is a digital paper from Happy Heart Studios.
I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with. Have a great day.

Happy Monday
Happy Monday. I am counting down until the last day of school. After today, we have 7 days left. I can't wait to be finished for the summer.
I still have a few things to do around the house but I wanted to take a few minutes in my craft room. I printed out this digi yesterday and I just had to use it. It is a Tiddly Inks. I just love the little girls over there. I wish I had printed out more images so I could layer some but I wasn't thinking when I did it. Oh well.
I am using it for the following challenges:
Craft Rockets - Monochromatic
PINspirational - Anything Goes #66
Through The Craft Room Door - Anything Goes
Tiddly Inks - Happy Birthday
Wednesday Inspiration - Sketch #252
2 Crafty Gals - Anything Goes #20
This is probably it for tonight so I will chat with you tomorrow.

Bugaboo
Hello. I am stuck in my Bugaboo folder, I think. I have some many digis that I want to play with. Plus every time I print one I always add enough to fill up the page. I am going to take a bunch of them on vacation with me and maybe I will get the color.
This is one of my favorites from Bugaboo. I know I have a lot of favorites. I just love this girl. I am sure you will see her again and again. I hope Bugaboo uses her with different themes. I just cut out the flower and the card was ready to put together.
I am using this card in the following challenges:
Catch The Bug - Sketch #409
Glitter N Sparkle - Flower Power
Artistic Inspiration - Anything Goes
Die Cuttin Divas - Anything W/ Dies
Crafty Gals - Rays of Sunshine (yellow)
Cuttlebug Mania - Embossing
Chat with you tomorrow.

Give A Crafter A Cookie
Hello and Happy Friday.
It is time for another challenge over at Give A Crafter A Cookie. Here is the picture for the theme.
I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with. It is sponsored by Beccy's Place and AliciaBel.
I saw the cake with the flowers and knew I would be making a card for my niece's wedding. Her color is blue. More light blue than dark but I just had to add the darker color. The file came from Silhouette Online. I added the gems.
I hope you have a great start to your weekend. Chat with you later.
