Cut It Up Challenges

Hello.  It is time for another challenge over at Cut It Up Challenges.  As always, I had so fun to doing this challenge. The theme is Music and is sponsored by CAS-ual Friday

I used a musically note die from CAS-ual Friday.  The music paper is a digital paper that I picked up on Esty.  The card is simple and quick to put together, but it will be a great card for dropping a note to a friend.

I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Have a great weekend.

Cut It Up Challenges

Hello.  I am so late posting this.  I am so sorry.   I don't know where the time went.

We started another challenge over at Cut It Up Challenges.  It was so fun to do. Case It.  The winner this week will be receiving gift certificate from Heartfelt Creations.

I went looking over on Gerda's site and found these great lantern and I just had to make an Easter one.  I found this over on the Silhouette Online site.  It was so fun to put together.  I added the ribbon instead another layer of paper.

I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

Have a great week and sorry this was late.

Thinking of You Daisies

Hello again.  My sister called and we took an hour and make a couple of cards.  We haven't had a lot of time lately so it was fun to just relax and make cards.

We decided on this Thinking of You Daisy card from the Silhouette Online store.  The flowers were a little odd when we started putting them together, but I think the cards came out pretty good.

I am using it in the following challenges:
Aud Sentiment - Any Sentiment except Birthday
Jo's Scrap Shack - Anything Goes
Crafty Creations - Anything Goes #338
   PINspirational - Flowers

Off to work on the laundry and vacuum the house.  Hopefully, I will chat with you later.

Christmas

Good morning.  Just a quick post before I head out to run some errands.  I hope everyone has a great day.

I have had these treat holders on my to finish list for a while.  All they needed was the finishing circle on the front.  But since Christmas is months away, I wasn't in a hurry.  However, Fab N Funky has a Christmas challenge and I thought it would be a good time to finish them.

The snowflake is one of  my favorites so it was just cut and glue.  I didn't have a clue what I wanted to put on the poinsettia treat holder.  Then I saw the poinsettia texture folder from yesterday and knew it would be a great way to finish them off.

I am using them in the following challenges:
   Fab N Funky - Christmas
   Penny's Challenges - Anything Goes #322
Brown Sugar - Anything Goes #244

Well that is it for now.  Hopefully, I will be back later today.  Have a good one.

Happy Birthday

Hello.  I made this card yesterday, but it was movie night and even though, I finished the card before we sat down to watch a movie, I didn't get it posted.  Oh well.  That means, there will hopefully be two cards posted today.

I made this card several days ago, but I couldn't decide what flower I wanted to put on it.  I started with a standard daisy one and just didn't like it.  I finally decided on this one.   I hope it doesn't flatten out in the envelope because it really needs the petals sticking out some.

I used the poinsetta texture folder from Sizzix.  It is one of my favorites.  There is just so much you can do with it.  I added a ribbon, the flower with a gemstone and then the Happy Birthday sentiment.

I am using it in the following challenges:
   City Crafters - In Bloom
Crafty Gals - Anything Goes #116
   Crafty Sentiments - Anything Goes
Cute Card Thursday - Warm Colors
   Cupcake Inspiration - Flowers

Off to bed I go.  Talk to you later today.  Have a great night.

Easter

Hello.  How is everyone doing?  It has been crazy around here and I have been sick off and on for several weeks.  I am blaming it on the weather.  Cold one day and warm the next.  Hopefully, I am over all of it.

We are on Spring break this next week from school, so I am hoping to get a few things done around the house and also in my craft room.  My challenge is non-existent.  I am going to work on updating it this evening or tomorrow morning.  I would like to get a few challenges done.  It is just so motivating.

In the meantime, I have a quick Easter card for you.  This came from the Silhouette store.  Just a quick cut, a stamp and some embellishments and it was done.

Hopefully, I will be back later with something else.  Have a great night if not.
