Hello. Another weekend. Another day at work. Another rainy day. My grass may never get cut. Just as soon as it drys out, we get more rain. Oh well.
I wanted to try something new. So I went searching and I found this technique that I have been meaning to try. You use Tim Holtz Distress Ink and blending sponges. It is lots of fun. I wish I had a link to share with you but I don't. I just had some notes with the sponges.
I added a daisy to the side. I just love daisy. I don't know why but they rank up there with roses. I always have a big pot full of daisies sitting by my front door. They make me smile when I come and go out of the door.
I am using this in the following challenges:
Pile It On - Make Your Own Background
Tuesday Throwdown - Anything Goes
Penny's - Anything Goes #291
As You Like It - Favorite Flower
CAS-ual Friday - Time To Color

Lovely sunny card. I love how you used your new technique and created beautiful background for your flower. But remember, If there was no rain, we would never see rainbow. Thanks for playing with us at Pile It On. Keti (DT)
