Silhouette Weekly Shape Challenge

I spent some time the other day on Silhouette's Blog.  I discovered that they have a weekly challenge.  It is posted every Friday and you have a week to come up with a project.  This week, they used the scalloped badges.  I had it already in my library so I just had to make a card to enter in the challenge.

 

I also used the Layered Daisy Flower. The card was quick and easy to put together.  I hope you like what I came up with.

Repeat Impressions - WHAT IF? Wednesday ~ Sketch Challenge M2913

Today is my last challenge with Repeat Impressions.  I have so enjoyed this month.  Thank you so much Wendy for letting me participate.  You have a great company and line of stamps.

This is the What If? Wednesday Challenge for this week.

This had so many possibilities.  I will probably use it again.    I really couldn't decide which stamp to use.  I finally decided on the tulip vase.

Silhouette 101 - Owl Easel

I fell in love with this pattern.  It is just so adorable.  Every one who has seen him likes him.  I may just keep him on my desk for a few weeks. Just too cute.

Silhouette 101 - Pinwheel Spinner Card

Hello everyone.  I hope everyone has plans to be crafty this weekend.  I am hoping to clean off my table after dinner tonight and make something.  I have a challenge over on Silhouette Online that I want to play with and then I also need to complete my Repeat Impressions challange for next week.  And then my list of stamps and digital files I want to play with is just endless.  Hopefully I will find the time to play with something.

I won't tell you how long I play with this slider card.  It has been a couple of years since I have made one.  I just had to try the pinwheel one.  I originally saw it on Dostamping.  When I saw Silhouette come out with a slider card cutting file, I just had to make it.

The sliding is a little jumpy at times but I thought the card came out great.

Silhouette 101 - Bird's Tulip Frame

While I was on Bird's site the other night, I saved the pieces to make this card.  I just love the frames and even though the weather feels like summer, it is still spring so I wanted to make a couple of these before summer officially started.

The color doesn't show very well in the picture but I did color on the back of the vellum.

Silhouette 101 - Bird's Nest

I haven't cut any of Bird's patterns lately, so when I sat down tonight to work on birthday cards, I decided to cut one of her patterns.  I just love her site.  I can always find some thing to work on from her site.

I decided to make one of her background cards tonight.  It is just perfect.  It will be one that I cut again and again.
