Play Time

Hello.  I finally got my craft table cleaned off and sat down and made a card.  I went with a St. Patrick's Day card.  I don't make a lot of St. Patty's  cards but I will make a few.

This is from Silhouette Online.  Just cut the pieces and put it all together.

I am going to use it in the following challenges:

I will chat with all of you later.

Cut It Up

Good morning and happy Friday morning.  I hope everyone is looking forward to the weekend.

It's time for another Cut It Up challenge.  This week's challenge should be lots of fun.  The theme is Exotic Pets.  No cats or dogs.  Make it fun.  Let's see what you can come up with.  I look forward to see lots of cuddly bears, or what about bunnies. Then there is birds.  I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

The challenge is sponsored by Meljen's Designs so I decided to use one of her cute critters.  I picked these fun loving cubs.  They look like they are having so much fun.  They're little cubs so they could be pets, right?

You will have almost two weeks to make a project.  So let's have lots of entries.

Have a great day everyone.

Last one tonight

Ok, this is the last one for tonight.  I really wanted to do the Die Cuttin' Divas' challenge, but I just don't have the time.  Next time for sure.

This is the third card for my husband.  There will be a bag of cinnamon red hots to go with it.  I have one more Valentine's Day card to make for him and then I will have them all made.  I am going to do it tomorrow.  Now I just need to get some snacks together for him.  This is the first time in a while that I have been this organized.

This image for this card is from Doodle Pantry.  I just love their digitals.   I print one more out while I did this one.  It is a winter one.  Hopefully, you will see it tomorrow afternoon.

I am using this card in the following challenges:
   Sugar Pea - Sketch #19
A Gem of a Challenge - Lots of Layers
Scribble & Scrap - Anything Goes
   Curtain Call - Kissing Booth

Have a great night.

Valentine's Day #2

Hello again.  This is the first time in a while that I have had all evening to play around.  It has been heavenly.  I plan on getting at least one more card made.

This one isn't going in my husband's stash.  He doesn't like the little conversation hearts so I will send it out to someone else.  The digital stamp is by From The Heart.  I just love the little birdbrains.  I am close to having all of them.  Just too cute.

I used the From The Heart sketch for this card.  It makes a quick and easy card but really cute.  The background paper is digital paper by Happy Heart Studio

I am using the card for the following challenges:
From The Heart - Sketch #96
Through The Craft Room Door - Anything Goes
   Crafty Gal - Pink
   Fab N Funky - Hearts & Flowers
Word Art Wednesday - Anything Goes
Brown Sugar Challenges - Anything Goes
   Dream Valley - Valentines
   Di's Digitals - Include a Heart

Have a great evening.

Valentines/Love

Hello.  How is everyone this Sunday evening?  I am working on Valentine's Day cards still.  This is the second one going out of town with my husband.

I just love this image from Bugaboo.  The little boy and girl are just so cute.  I used paper piecing on the love.  I don't do this often but I like how it looks.  The white cardstock in the background is embossed with hearts.  Then I added a ribbon with hearts.

I am using this in the following challenges:
Crafty Sentiments - Include A Heart
   Simon Says Monday - H is for....(Hearts)
Sweet 7 Challenges - Anything Goes
Paper Take Weekly - Anything Goes
Wednesday's Inspiration - Love Is In The Air
Cute Card Thursday - Crazy In Love
   Inspiration Destination - Anything Goes

Off to work on something else.  Have a good one.

Valentine's Day card plus

Hello and good evening.  I tried to get in my craft room earlier, but I just didn't make it.  And I am probably going to bed after I post this card.  I am hoping to have a lot of time tomorrow.

My husband is going out of town next week and will be gone on Valentine's Day.  It isn't a big deal.  The only thing we usually do is have a nice dinner, either out at a restaurant or here at home.  I thought I would make him a card for every day that he is gone.  If I am going to do that.  I have to make them tomorrow.  So wish me luck.

This is the first one.  I saw a similar card last year and I wanted to make my version of it. I put a white ribbon on it originally, but I didn't like it so I went back to my ribbon and decided on this one.

I also cut a pattern for the inside of the card.  (Remember I am trying to finish the inside when I make them.)  I had to enlarge this pattern to make it fit.  After cutting out the insert, I took one of my pink Copic Markers and colored in the words.

I am going to use this card in the following challenges:
Glitter N Sparkle - Anything Goes
   Inky Paws - Hearts
613 Ave Create - Anything Goes
Crafting From The Heart - Anything Goes
   Creative Cutting - Valentines
   Eureka - Pink & Red
Through The Purple Haze - Anything Goes
Clear It Out - Anything Goes
Cupcake Inspiration - Color Inspired #296

Have a nice evening.

Cut It Up

Hello.  I forgot to post my new Cut It Up card.  I am so sorry this is late.

The challenge, this time, was hard for me.  I don't know why but it was.  Maybe because I am not ready for flowers.  I am still enjoying the snow.  Not the cold temperatures but the snow.

The challenge this time is Romance.  It must have flowers, lace and pearls on it.  I hope every one has more luck than me.

The sponsors are Fleurette Bloom and Cute As A Button.

Fleurette Bloom has some great cutting files.  She will be giving the winner a $10 gift certificate.  The flower is from her.  It was suppose to be a tiger lily but I made it pink in honor of Valentine's Day.

Cute As A Button will be giving away a $20 gift certificate.

I hope to see everyone over at the challenge.
