Meljen's Designs

I had a busy day and I didn't get a lot of stamping time.  I started these gift tags last night and I sat down tonight and color one of them for the Tags challenge at Meljen's Designs.  As you know I love Meljen's Designs and I thought this little penguin would be perfect for my niece's Christmas present.
