The theme this time around was easy but hard at the same time. It is Stuck on you (remember you need something cut also). You must use a sticker on your project. I don't use stickers on my cards usually, so that was the hard part. I knew I would use Doodlebug stickers. I just love their set. Paper, stickers, embellishments, everything matches and goes together.
Instead of making a card, I decided to make an extra page for my planner/scrapbook. A friend and I started our planner/scrapbook in June. I am using mine as more of a mini scrapbook. Pictures from my walks, and flowerbed get added every week. Then at least one dinner menu. The weather. Just boring every day things. It has been so much fun to put the pages together. I think I will be showing the pages on the main blog page (so keep a watch out for them.).
The second week in July, I am using an ice cream theme, so I made this cute little 'page'. It will be so cute in there.
The challenge is being sponsored by Robin's Nest. They will be giving a $20 gift certificate to the winner (If you use their product, you will get $30).
I can't wait to see everyone's projects. Make sure you go over to Cut It Up and enter the challenge.
Chat with you later hopefully.
Cute idea. I really must take a look at the "planner" idea, it sounds like a great idea.

Omg, that little ice cream truck and cones are too stinkin cute!! I, too, have suffered with the pinched neck nerve -- it is hard to sit for too long. Hope you start feeling better soon!!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of scrapping everyday events in a special book. When I wonder about my grandparents' lives, I often wonder about their daily routines and wish I had that info. Hmm…..wheels turning! ;) That ice cream truck is too fun! Hope you feel better at this point!
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job, sometimes easier is harder. It's really cute. CIU DT
ReplyDeleteYour planner/scrapbook idea is wonderful. You'll look back at it in years to come and marvel about the way things "used to be!" You might want to put a picture of the price of gas or a grocery store receipt.
ReplyDeleteI love your added page!
