Whimsie Doodles

Hello again.  This was a really quick card.  I didn't have a lot of time, but I had this little fellow and I wanted to do something with him.

The little guy is from Whimsie Doodles.  The background paper is from Lori Whitlock.

I am going to use it in the following challenges:
